ORDERING & DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are accepted via WhatsApp, Email or Telephone during business hours1.2 A proforma invoice will Emailed or WhatsApp to the customer confirming customer order

Delivery is 24 hours to 5 working days from receipt of payment depending on customer location within South Africa
-
Standard delivery charge of +/- R80.00 applies to main centres in South Africa

Delivery charge to outlying areas will be advised to the customer before order is processed
-
Express delivery offered at an additional cost

Delivery of LimbCoat product is processed by SourceMed within South Africa, no collections accepted / allowed
-
If SourceMed does not have stock of a particular LimbCoat that a customer has ordered, the customer will be advised of an expected delivery date

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment is COD via EFT or BANK DEPOSIT

Banking details are reflected on the proforma invoice

Tax is charged at the applicable rate
NON REPLACEMENT POLICY

A package insert is included with your LimbCoat waterproof protector detailing the usage and safety instructions. The package insert must be read carefully before using the product and adhered to closely. By doing this, one ensures the correct application and removal of their
LimbCoat waterproof protector

Due to the nature of the usage of this product and hygiene purposes, we unfortunately do not replace the product once the packaging has been opened. Please note that the package insert / instructions for use is packed separately

LimbCoat is tested before being packaged, please don’t use anything sharp (like rings on hands) when applying or removing the product, as we unfortunately do not refund or replace product with tears in the plastic material
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your LimbCoat purchase, simply return it, UNUSED, in its original condition within 14 working days for a refund or a replacement

A returns form MUST BE COMPLETED and emailed to: admin@sourcemed.co.zabefore returning product. This on applies within South Africa

The customers invoice must accompany the returned LimbCoat for a credit to be processed

A refund for the LimbCoat will be processed once returned LimbCoat is received
-
Our delivery charge will not be refunded
-
Return delivery charge is for the customer’s account

Unfortunately we do not accept returns via the South African postal service
-
A returned LimbCoat that has been damaged by the courier service won’t be refunded, please ensure that returned product is properly packed to avoid being damaged

There will be no delivery charge on a replacement LimbCoat, replacement LimbCoat will only be supplied once returned Limbcoat is received in good order

If you have received the WRONG LimbCoat, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, so that the necessary corrective action can be taken by us to sort the error out
